Our sales team
Karayiannas has an experienced sales team who are here to help you to make an informed choice about the property you would like to buy. Between them, they speak several languages, including English and Greek. They will also give you the information you need about the buying process and can help you with any questions you may have about financing the buying of your chosen property. If you need to know more about health care, the area, the amenities it has to offer, or even details for schools, our sales staff can help.
To make our service more personal, after your purchase, they will keep in regular contact with you throughout the building process, working closely with our technical team regarding any alterations that have been requested and in preparing  the property to be ready for final inspection and delivery.
When you come to take delivery of the property, their aim is to make sure this runs as smoothly as possible so, if you have queries regarding shipping your belongings over to Cyprus or just need tips on where to shop for furniture and electrical goods, do not hesitate ask.

Accounts department
Our accounts department are responsible for the finances of all our individual sites and payments of our suppliers.
They can provide us with lots of information on how our sites are progressing and work closely with our sales staff to make it as easy and trouble free as possible for buyers to make their payments for their properties, making a difference to the overall customer experience.

Our team on site
You may be a buyer who buys your property in the off-plan stages which means we have not yet started the build. From the very beginning, our sales staff keep in regular contact with you, sending you photos of every stage of build. This allows you to see the progress but also gives you an insight on how properties are built from start to finish.
Our site managers have the challenge of organizing the construction workers, engineers, sub contractors and laborers on each project. With the continuing support of Mr Christophoros our Company Director, they have the task of making sure each project is delivered with the same superior quality, time and time again and just as important, their objective is to make sure where possible, there are no delays.
They have a good relationship with our technical team so that all the clients' requirements are met for each individual property. With their flair and creativity the site managers and our technical support try to offer clients the best solutions to any alterations they require to make their property the home of their dreams.

Our technical team
Once you have reserved you property, you may wish to make small alterations to the plans where possible, you may have queries regarding the build in general or even have a special request  for disability aids and equipment. Our technical team make every effort to make sure buyers are advised accordingly about the alterations they may request and any cost that might be incurred. Some of our properties have to be adapted to meet the needs of less able people. They take a personal interest in each property liaising with our sales staff and site managers to make sure each property is delivered with the agreed specifications.

Customer care
Karayiannas is on a constant drive to deliver properties defect free. With the objective of maintaining customer satisfaction after delivery, our customer care team try to make sure any snagging after delivery is dealt with promptly and without inconvenience to the owner. Any unlikely problems are monitored closely by the site managers and also by our company director so that Karayiannas can make sure it takes the appropriate measures to make sure these are kept to a minimum. We take the feedback from all our property owners seriously, respecting that their comments can only help improve our after sales service.
Our sales team remains your point of contact usually for a few weeks after delivery for any unlikely problems that may arise, after which you may then contact our customer care department for any further help.
